Which orders are eligible?

To be eligible for the December 24th Delivery Guarantee, your order must:

What happens if my order is late?

Let us know that your delivery was late prior to January 31, 2022. If the tracking history does not include one of the following tracking  events‡ on or before December 24, 2021, we will  reimburse the amount you paid for all Terrible Toyshop brand products in your order (and any associated sales tax).§

This offer applies only to residential addresses and PO boxes in the US† or Canada

Include 2+ Terrible Toys

Your order must include two (2) or more Terrible Toyshop brand products.

Be Placed by December 8

The order must be placed at or before 11:59pm EST on December 8, 2021.

†     This guarantee applies to US orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
‡     Terrible Toyshop reserves the right to deny reimbursement if, in our sole judgement, (a) late delivery or non-delivery occurred for a reason that was the sole fault of the customer such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or (b) the order is placed in a way that is intended to (i) profit from or (ii) otherwise abuse the good faith terms of this guarantee. For example, our standard Return Policy will apply to shipments that are refused, undeliverable as addressed, and/or returned to sender for any other reason. In such cases, our Return Policy stipulates that we will deduct our original shipping cost from the refund amount.
§     We will assess whether orders qualify for reimbursement based on the tracking information available at (for shipments to the US) or (for shipments to Canada) between December 29, 2021 and January 31, 2022. Once you have notified us of a late delivery, we will verify the tracking history and confirm that your order qualifies for reimbursement by email within one business day (or on December 29, 2021, if you notify us prior to December 29, 2021). Reimbursements for qualifying orders will be issued as your choice of (a) store credit or (b) a refund to your original payment method. Reimbursements will be processed within one business day of when we receive your preference of how you would like us to deliver the reimbursement. Note that it can take up to five business days to receive a refund credit, depending on the payment method and your financial institution’s policies.
